COVID-19 Testing

At Riverside ER, we currently offer COVID-19 testing for patients who have certain risk factors. Testing is done with evaluation and treatment of coronavirus symptoms if indicated during an emergency room visit.

Many plans are required to cover testing and treatment at no cost to the patient. Likewise, our facilities waive out-of-pocket costs for insured patients who receive testing and treatment for COVID-19.

Should you require routine Covid testing like work clearance, travel clearance etc, you may wish to consider visiting a testing center instead. To locate a testing center, dial 2-1-1 on your phone and select Option 6 or visit texas.gov/covid19.
